How we measure this

For each brand we craft 3 category-level queries — the kind a real buyer types into ChatGPT or Perplexity ("best [tool type] for [use case]", "compare X vs alternatives", "recommend a Y tool").

We run each query across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Mention rate = brands mentioned ÷ total queries × 100.

A brand scoring 0% isn't "bad" in the traditional SEO sense — it's simply absent from AI consideration sets. No ads or reviews fix that directly. The right fix is content that AI engines actually learn from.
